Problems with AXMPP Zen Cart local install

Hello I hope I have the correct forum, I am trying to install my zencart as a local host on AXMPP, I have followed the guides and changed some of the code in zencart as advised and I am still met with.. ( your are seeing this page because one or more of the following)

Am I missing a few tricks?
Is there another database like AXMPP that works with zencart ?

Did you first create a database??
ZenCart needs a DB created and for you to tell it what it is during setup/install

Did you run through the install?

Sadly I cannot find the post on here, but some one uploaded a step by step guide of the files and code to change, I have followed this and still no luck.
I cannot get past the first install, I am met with this message instantly.

Zencart has been installed into the AXMPP files,

I still having no luck, after trawling the internet for guides on how to install zen cart on a local PC and the problems with XAMPP

and still no luck
I have renamed files, changed permissions

I have created my dater base in the XAMPP set up,

what am I ding wrong???

As evidenced by the details in the error message, you're not running zc_install to build the correct contents for your configure.php files.

I never got xamp to work either try "easyphp"

I have just been looking at how to create a dater base in XAMPP
Could someone please tell me how I find the values to put into the dater base.
