Where do I find the customer Log in bit?

Hi Folks,
I'm seriously sorry if this is a stupid question, but where do I find my log in area?
Do I have to load a module or something to make it work?
Here is a link to my store. (not live yet)

PS If anyone can tell me where to find the hex number for the white Home up the top in the header I would appreciate that as well.

You have your store set to Showcase mode, which removes the Login link from navMain.

That link is plain white - #FFFFFF. It's set here:
