Can't create account

Hi,
When trying to create a new account we get this

1146 Table 'databasename.TABLE_SUBSCRIBERS' doesn't exist
in:
[select count(*) as total from TABLE_SUBSCRIBERS where email_address = '[email protected]' ]

How do we solve this issue??

Do I need to change something in the database??

You've got the "Newsletter Subscribe" addon partially installed or partially uninstalled.
Decide whether you're going to install it or uninstall it, and finish the process.

Thanks for the reply...not sure why this has happened..how would we uninstall it??

Would it be easier to fully install>??

All was working fine before we moved the site.... everything else seems to work ok...

I would rather not tamper with the database...any way to solve this?

This is now solved. Basically I went through the whole newsletter module and made sure all the files were on there (some missing) and I can now create and account.
