Where do you input Google tracking code ?

Hi

Could someone please help with the following -

I need to input some Google tracking code into a Zen Cart site, before i do this i wanted to try and confirm what file i need to input the tracking code into.

It needs to go immediately before the closing </head>tag.

It's just the Google tracking code , for basic site analytics.

Is there just like one page / file that this can be input into and if so what is it ?
