Bmz Cache - Image Handler

I see several Errors on my Cpanel which points to the BMZ Cache (Probably Image Handler Modue)

[Wed Sep 29 16:44:44 2010] [error] [client 66.220.156.245] File does not exist: /home/harry2co/public_html/domain/bmz_cache/b/b409392020f9384385b8d63f5a4b915a.image.153x200.jpg

What can the above be and steps to avoid this.

Help would be appreciated.

One of the drawbacks of ImageHandler is that one does not know the actual image name or where it is/should be.

My suggestion is to check on new Products recently added to make sure the product images was uploaded. Another method would be to use EasyPopulate, available from the Free downloads section, which would help to easily find any missing images.

Hi Rob,
So the issue may be a missing image or a wrong image name format,
Can you give me examples of wrong image name format if this can be the case.

file uploaded named: image.JPG

file name ZC expects: image.jpg

The above applies to a Linux Server as Linux is case-sensitive. If on a Windows Server then case doesn't matter.
