Those aren't attributes (which are options that the customer can select from), but just a specially formatted product description. You can do the same in the product setup page description box.

This isn't really a Zencart question. You would style your product descriptions using HTML and CSS to look like the example.

There are lots of good HTML and CSS tutorials on the Web.

No file; you would enter the HTML for this layout in the product description input box in admin.
