You need to rework the payment module code so that it doesn't send error messages in the URL. It needs to use $messageStack instead.

There may be some documentation @ cardsave.net/Workwithus/DeveloperSupport.aspx , this is the new developer support section of Cardsave, please let us know if there is any info that should be there and isn't.
