Strange Issue when Viewing Orders

Version 1.3.9

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but when a customer is shopping and wants to view their orders, if they have an item in their cart and then they go to view a previous order, the items are listed as the item that is currently in the cart and not the item that they previously ordered. If they take that item out of their cart, the orders will view properly with the correct items.

What could be the cause of this?

I cannot reproduce anything like this in v1.3.9g ...

Clean install or an Upgrade?

Has this always happened or is this something new?

What has changed since you noticed this happening?

Are you able to reproduce this? If so, can you give a click for click on what you have to do to produce this?

What add ons do you have?

sorry... that was 1.3.8a patch1
upgrade i think there was a clean install one or two versions ago
i have never heard this complaint before so i have no clue how long it has been doing this
no changes for a long time. we added the save for later but gosh, that was awhile ago
i can see it myself. if i log in and view an order with nothing in my cart, the order shows properly
if i add an item to my cart and view the same order, the product turns in to the one i just put in the cart.

I cannot reproduce anything like this in v1.3.9g ...

I am afraid that I cannot reproduce this in v1.3.8 either ...

When you say Patch 1 ... where did you get that from?
