admin->tools->layout boxes controller...??

Hello.
I tried to show up "more information" sidebox on the left of my webpage.
admin->tools->layout boxes controller->more_information.php (I set it "ON" left) but still I can't see the more information side box. what should be the problem? Thank you.

Thanks !
Delete cache means "internet explore->tools->internet options->general->delete "browsing history". I did it but still doesn't work.

Is your connection behind a router?

Many routers have their own cache

Re: admin->tools->layout boxes controller...??

try

internet explore->tools->internet options->

General Tab

select "delete cookies" - clears all cookies on comp - Make sure you are on some other site other than ZenCart < reason ZenCart will most likely have to use some sort of information so that you can see it on your screen and thus may interfere with your fix.

Once done select "delete files" pop-up window will open - click box that says delete all offline content then ok.

Files should be cleared - to double check - click "settings" and then you'll see "view files" click and you should have very little there - if you still see some cookies delete any that are zencart -

If you see the option in the same general tab to check for new pages at every visit make sure you have it set to that too.

click ok till you are back on your browser.

Close all browser windows < and extra step

relaunch your broswer

go to ZenCart - Press ctrl+F5 buttons at the same time to force a server refresh of the site

Hopefully, that will do it. There is always this possibilty too that if you are running IE that it may ignore everything that you've just done above so you might need to repeat it and then wait 24hours
