Cant Get Information Box To SHow

No matter what I do it simply won't display.

If I set it to Right column it stops the footer from showing up, if I change it to left column, it blocks everything and only my categories show up. No main pic, no header, nothing but Categories.

This is driving me nuts as having you information showing is required by our merchant, and is just good business.

Please. I have been starting at the code too long today and really need this fixed. Any help greatly appreciated.

ZC 1.3.8a with a custom template. I have adjusted the column widths thinking that maybe it was simply a width issue, but that didn't help at all.

Left/Right Column Status: ON
Location: (Single Column ignores this setting) RIGHT
Left/Right Column Sort Order: 2
Single Column Sort Order: 0
Single Column Status: OFF

Now footer is gone


Let me know when you want me to change it to the left, then it will stop everything from showing.

I suggest that you switch to the classic template to see how this is supposed to operate....

Then search this forum for "template monster" and see all the issues their templates create...
Then look for another template to work with
One from here would be best or you can roll your own

Colors and graphics are alterable so do not choose based upon that
Look at functional layout...

If you must use the current template go to them for a solution
