HTML Editors Displaying HTML On Site

i have upgraded my store form 1.38a to 1.39g this weekend.

Everything ok apart from an HTML editor issue. I installed News & Articles Manager and also installed Tiny MCE and FCK Editor.

I noticed in that mod that when i entered info into the editor it displayed ok in the admin editor screen but on the site only the raw HTML was being displayed.

The problem is now affecting all define HTML pages. I have installed and reinstalled the editors without success.

Any ideas what the issue may be?
