Can't login to my admin - database table missing

Hi,

I can't login to my admin using current username and password.. I've tried password resend but it doesn't work.

I've also tried accessing the database to reset the password (using this query https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=2) but I get an error

 MySQL said: Documentation
#1146 - Table 'database_name.admin' doesn't exist

Now, I suspect the site has been hacked. any advice appreciated

Might your DB have a prefix?

Look in your confidure.php file for what it might be

define('DB_PREFIX', 'pre_fix_here');

Or just look when in phpmyadmin

I checked and there is no prefix ....

Use phpmyadmin and look at the db tables
Do you see obne named 'admin' ?

No, it's not there ..

In alphabetical order it goes from address format to banners - no admin

Well it needs to be and did exist if you ever could login

Do you have a DB backup?
Or your Host?

You will need to replace this or recreate it

BTW what version of ZenCart and how many tables exist?

This site was really old and I've confirmed the site has been hacked.

Will create a new installation and migrate
