Assuming that you have your new admin folder spelled correctly/matching what exists on the server this looks correct

In sure it is in the correct lcation

What is any error message do you get?

I can log into my admin section using the link
    http://ljgdesign.com/XXXXXX/

it is all there and the links work but when i click the header "configuration" and the drop down menu appears, I go to click on an item in that menu and i get

    The webpage cannot be found

    HTTP 404
    Most likely causes:

    • There might be a typing error in the address.
    • If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
    What you can try:

    Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Go to and look for the information you want.

Hell I am so frustrated right now I may just delete the whole darn thing and start again - I have no idea what happened.

    kobra, I got it!!!!!!!

I had a friend helping me also and she found a post that I didn't on this forum. I had spend yesterday and this morning trying so hard to fix it and it was right there all along.

    This was what she found.....
This is what happened in my case. When I uploaded zen to my webspace, the configuration.php file did not transmit correctly. What was on my server was a blank file. I was not able to access any of the configuration files. Then I deleted configuration.php on my server. Got the message file not found. Why was it blank on the server? So I went to my original zen folder on my my computer and opened up configuration.php and it was full of code. Good thing! Re-uploaded this one file to the server to replace the blank corrupt one. Voila! Fixed the problem. I can now access my configuration selections in my admin
So I checked my files and the configuration.php wasn't even uploaded into my admin file. It WAS there and was blank but then vanished (likely my hand) so now it is there and it works.

THANK YOU KOBRA for taking your time to try and help me - you have no idea how much i appreciate it!!!!
