I upgraded to 1.3.9g and now when I go into the configuration settings,my store, and click on for example, show catagory counts, the box to make the change in disappears. It works on some of the items and not on others. This happens in all of the configuration settings.
Anyone have an Idea on what is going on?

Sounds typical of conflicting addons or incorrectly merged files during an upgrade. Or both.
