I want to add other services on my cart page like this site http://www.davidphillips.com/cart.php,. Have looked high n low and still no luck.

can someone tell me if there any specific mods etc available?

Hi Sorry, basically I sell furniture.

I want to be able to offer customers a few services for example, removal of old items, removal of electrical goods, item assembly charge and weekend delivery.

If yoiu want to offer these links to info on all product info pages -
Create an ezpage with the description

Edit a copy of tpl_product_info_display.php for your template "premium4a and insert in the order where you want it a named div with the href link or links

I understand but i would like to offer it on the shopping cart / check out pages so they can just add it as an extra.

Is this feature possible in zen cart.

As open source, almost anything can be custom coded, so Yes
