Invalid xml declaration.

Hello,

RSS Feed contribution works great on a fresh installation of Zen-Cart version 1.38a.

But on my existing website which has several contributions installed and it has custom template, it is also customized by us, it gives me following error:

Invalid xml declaration.
Line: 2 Character: 3

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

The first line is always blank in this case, with a fresh installation first line is not blank and it starts from there only.

On the fresh installation, I installed CEON URI and it works with this also, I'm really not able to figure out what is the problem?

IE8 gives this error, all other browser including FireFox and Chrome are not rendering it like an XML document. All work great with the fresh installation of zen-cart and this RSS Feed.

After manual debugging I found the problem, there were to CR (Enter strokes) after closing PHP tag in the following file:

/includes/templates/template_default/common

Removing this solved the problem :-)
