Payment Module missing?

I am running the current version of zen cart which I am just setting up for the first time. I tried to add a payment module. But it seems this section is missing some things.

I am not sure why I am missing the Pay Pal modules etc. Also I don't know why I don't have the option of changing anything as I do in Shipping etc.

You're missing other modules from the list because you've installed addons incorrectly or bad addons. ref: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82
