My site is in English but there is an area where my customers often want to enter foreign characters (Thai charagers) in the "Notes to Merchant" text input box. When they type Thai characters into this and then click confirm they are taken to a page that verifies what they wrote.. and it all comes up in gobbledygook like &qw094, &fgsj30, &3420fj etc. So the text can not be read. When i receive the order i just get a load of gobbledygook... and have to decode this using a ascii character decoder tool


How can i set it so at least the customers dont see this gobbeldygook since most back out of the order at that time. I can cope with the gobbledygook showing in MY order screen because i have a tool to decode it.
