    Default Authorize.Net SIM (Not Configured)

I'm setting up the Auth.net SIM payment module in the admin section, and I've noticed that beside the words "Authorize.Net (SIM)" the words "(Not Configured)" are bolded in red.

I also notice that the status button to the right is Green, which usually indicates that it's configured/defined.

    Sooo I'm a little thrown.

but I'm also currently in test mode, so maybe that's what's doing it?

    Here's what I got.

    - Enable Authorize.Net Module is TRUE
    - Login ID is SET
    - Transaction Key is SET
    - MD5 Hash Key is "Set a Hash Value at AuthNet Admin"
    - Transaction mode is set to TEST
    - Transaction method is CREDIT CARD
    - Authorization Type is set to AUTHORIZE *
    - Request CVV number is set to FALSE
    - Customer Notifications is set to FALSE
    - Payment zone is set to PENNSYLVANIA
    - Set order status is set to Pending[1]
    - Set order of display is 1
    - Gateway mode is OFFSITE
    - Enable database storage is set to TRUE
    - Debug mode is ALERTS ONLY

    * I'm wondering if even for the purpose of doing a test run, I should set the Authorization type to Capture? Does this make any difference for test run?

So, anything I've got incorrect here, or will it say (Not Configured) until I go live?

Try setting the MD5 Hash value in your Authnet account then copying that value over to the section in your admin that currently says "MD5 Hash Key is "Set a Hash Value at AuthNet Admin"

That needs to be set for it to work.

In the end, push a test transaction through (and I recommend before you go live with it you run a production transaction as well just to make sure it is working.)

Let me know if altering that MD5 works.

(I am assuming by saying the Login and Transaction IDs are "SET" you already entered those as well.)

One last thing. Why have you chosen the SIM method? Are you able to use the AIM method (which keeps the customers on your site to order?) You would need an SSL certificate for this to work though. (The AIM method).

Yes, the Login and Transaction keys are entered. I just wasn't about to give those out lol.

I'll have the MD5 Hash set and plug that in.

and no SSL, so SIM is in play.
