adding a lot of attributes anyone help

iam new to Zen Cart so i do apologise in advance

Here is the problem (not enough hours in the day)
i have got 130 makes of cars for a web site iam making

with the 130 makes comes on average 8-12 models that's over a thousand makes i need to put in manually here is what i cam up with

Create the category being the make ie BMW,Mini etc etc
then add 3 attributes front or rear, colour of tint and finaly the killer model.

I have the models in an excel sheet is there a way to get it from that to my admin area on Zen-Cart. please be as informative as possible ie terms for thick Sh&%$

The only 2 tools that I am aware of to mass enter attributes is the commercial version of easy populate and maybe Apsona

Thank you for your suggestions i did it by hand in the end just finished absolutely shattered

i like that Apsona very nice bit of kit could be useful
