Dynamic Attributes

I need a way of having some Dynamic Attributes. Basically there will be a dropdown stating:

Do you want to customise this item?: - Yes - No
When Yes is selected a list of other attributes pop open (JS im guessing)

These will be a list of customisable options.

You will have to write the javascript to hide and show the attributes, or hire someone to do it. The attributes themselves would be the standard Zen Cart setup. As long as they default to visible when javascript is not available, customers without it will still be able to buy your product.
