shopping basket blank screen

HI,
I need your help ; No one can confirm order in my site http://www.discountperfumesuk.com

Specifically when they are trying to add an item to my
shopping basket it goes to a blank page so I had to go back and reload and the same. Also I was only able to use google checkout as I tried the other option (paypal).

Can you help me how i can sort this issue.

If you are using v1.3.9, look in your /cache directory for any debug errors that are happening when you get the white page ...

If you are using v1.3.8 or older, go to the Free Software Add Ons and search on:
Debug Tool

and add that to your site ...

Then trigger the error and see what debug errors show up ...

I've had the same problem a few months ago. I didn't write down what i did (unfortunately) but I seem to remember that the tpl_shopping_cart_default.php was becoming corrupt. I resolved it by copying the same file from the template_default\templates folder into MY_TEMPLATE\templates folder so I was uploading a fresh file.

Please note that I'm only 95% sure that this is the correct file but thought I'd post a reply to see if it helped. Please make a backup of your old files before overwriting.
