Adding custom pages

OK Hello My name is Michele a cute little blonde who needs little help from y'all smart guys in here. My boss told me to log on and see if I can find a answer to his question.

He told me he knows how to use ez pages and everything works fine. When we upgraded his cart in the url for the expages it would look lke this

But he has three custom forms some one developed for him
and we wanted to know how we can change the links or even get to them to to change the html???

if you see its not an ez page ... is a custom page name filename_simple_order_form???

Your second link leads to a 404 page not found

Basically, the html code that is between the body tags can be pasted into a new ezpage

Be aware that your form should not create a security risk
