IE Display Problem/CSS mess?

Hi- I designed a site locally and recently uploaded. Display in FF and Safari is fine, but not correctly in IE8. I've tweaked the CSS, but with not much success. One of the main problems is font size (breadcrumbs, navcattabs centerboxcontents etc). Too large in IE. When I try to make them smaller, they are too small in FF. Site is k a r i s k r a f t . c o m

I am learning firebug and web developer, but am at present only dangerous with these tools. Any help is appreciated as I'm afraid I'm going to make a bigger mess of the CSS and have to start over! Thanks...
