Wanted: View Customers Shopping Cart

Hello all,
A client of mine has asked if there is anyway to view a customers shopping cart. I presume there has to be an add-on to do this. Ideally a list of shopping carts and you san select to view all items inside.

In your admin/tools there is a tool to view who's online. This also shows their shopping cart if they have added anything to it.

Thats brilliant thanks - however is there a way to view users shopping carts that they have saved when they leave the site?

Also I can't find the option to view their cart on Who's online...

Well, I think the view Users Shopping Cart may be in the 1.3.x versions. So, if you have not upgraded lately, you should. And, there is a Mod for viewing the shopping carts of people who have left.

Im using v1.3.9g - Can't find that or the Mod for viewing shopping carts for people that have left.

The mod for viewing customer's carts after they have left the site " they must be customer's that are signed up for you to view" is called Recover Cart Sales you can find it in the Zen Software add ons. Link
