My payment methods are not available at checkout. The message shown to the user is

That error message doesn't exist in a stock Zencart installation. What payment or checkout-related mods do you have installed ?

No add-on modules related to checkout ?

Try using Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for maintenance operations. I get no returns for that phrase in my stock Zencart test site.

Really sorry but some of my files did not FTP up properly when i uploaded the latest updates.

The paypal payment module appears now correctly.
