help question Huge Authorize.net Problem (AIM)

1.3.9g upgrade from 1.3.9f which was working fine.

    ERROR:

Getting yellow alert After the customers buys the product on the confirmation page that says hash security problem -- so I called Authorize.net

    AUTHORIZE.NET CONVERSATION
    1. They had me reset the MD5Hash so I did -- still broken same problem.

2.Then Authorize said " Then the shopping cart isn't hashing it the way that our system says to. If you look at the amount field it needs to be sending as $00.0000"
I have no idea where to reset this. Whether I can reset this or whether this is an error in the new files.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO
Our 1.3.9f software did not have this issue. Can we put the old authorize files in the new shopping cart and have it work correctly. Is it a problem with the new alert system?

I have no idea how to get this working correctly. We have tried everything through the faqs/turorials/forums no errors are being generated.

Is there a bug in the software or something I didn't setup correctly?

Just a check, you set a new hash at auuhnet - - did you also enter new hash in the admin module?

I decided to reset the hash again start at Authorize.net and setup another.

When into the Admin and reset the hash

So try to buy something again.

    1. It takes the order
    2. The order gets listed and the monies go through to Authorize.net just fine.
    3. The order shows up in Zen Cart

Still the hash error shows up right after you have purchased the item.

Is there a way to turn OFF the error message. IS this really a security risk or a faulty error message?

How can I tell which it is? There are no errors in the log concerning this problem. Would alert errors show up?

Sorry about the double post before. So frustrated. Does this sound like a Zen Cart problem or is the problem on Authorize.net side?

Then go into the AIM module's settings and turn on Debug Logging, and do a transaction, and post the log from it.
