Shipping cost set up HELP!!!

Hello to all ZenCart community.
For the last week or so I have been setting ZenCart v 1.3.9 on my computer as local host.

I got all working with PayPal and was able to set up a cutomized template.

I'm now almost ready to go live uploading to my host.
The business is furniture broker and my website will sell & deliver only to Florida residents. I need to set up the check out process were the customer will have to call for a shipping quote.

Also need to know if there is a way to upload the product database from my computer or I need to start all over again?

To deal with your need to have customers call to request a freight quote, have you looked at the RFQ Shipping and Payment Modules addon?
