Im sure this is simple but it is baffling me so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

I am adding products to a clients site, no problem, when I click "preview" all the details apart from the product name appear on the preview screen. When I confirm the correct details appear including the product name so it is just the preview screen where the product name is not appearing. I have tried switching back to classic and it is still happening. I am using the latest version of Zen Cart (5 I think). Can anyone give me a clue as to what I am doing wrong?
