I have recently installed my zen cart store. 1.3.9f and still have not quite finished customizing it. I have never been through an upgrade. I didn't see a definitive tutorial on how to do it. Is it easy? it seems like it rewrites my admin section??? so i have to go through the renaming process again... am i right? is this an easy thing, what about already installed mods?

You should not hav any/many admin files that you edited

what about already installed mods

If they functioned in 1.3.9f you should only insure that the file in the mod are not in the change log
