Shipping Method: Store Pickup (Walk In)

I would like to change this wording to say "Will Call" "Hamfest Pickup" instead of Store Pick up. Please let me know where is this located.

For language changes or code changes, when you do not know where to start ... peek in the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter a piece of text, code etc. such as:
Store Pick

and select Catalog, in this case, and click SEARCH ...
