My Tell a friend is NOT working

After filling up the form "Tell Your Friend" I will get a confirmation on the top of the page, highlighted in Green and it says:
Your email about 0.6" x 1.5"W x 2.3"D has been successfully sent to here.

No e-mail is sent out.

Do any other emails work? After order emails, contact us emails, etc...

Did you setup the mail to work with the type of server you are on (Configuration > Email Options) and configure what you want sent?
