Display product but don't sell

Is it possible to show a product online but not actually sell it? Reason being we can't ship the product, the user can only buy it form our store - but we still get a lot of traffic and people searching for these products. If I put it as out of stock it removed the product so is there any way to display it as online but buy in store only? or remove the add to cart button and display a message?

You can create that product under a different product type and set the Add to Cart function to No.

You could also use the Call for Price feature and lable it as In Store Only ...

I set my products that aren't for sale as a "Document- General" when setting them up in admin. They show up in the listing, but there is no option to buy.
