i have uploaded this template doing exactly as you said and its not showing in the template selection place and all the files are in the correct place i have checked all that have you any ideas thanks mags

It sounds like you have not uploaded the template files to the correct place on your server. The entire includes directory of the template needs to go in the root of your zen cart.

Thanks for the help so far.
I've got another question please. How do I change the font colour of the links in the side boxes and do you know why there is a colour difference in the boxes at www.c o r k p e o p l e.co.uk? I've used the same colour on the images and in the stylesheet.

You can edit the stylesheet.css file line 5. If you are going to be making css changes to the template I would recommend using firefox and installing the web developer tools or firebug. They will tell you the exact line of which file you need to edit.

Use #c5a982 for the sidebox content.
