Email Confirmation of products

hi there

Email confirmation of products used to work up until about 2 weeks ago. now when i get confirmation that someone has ordered something and paid for it i have to email them to ask what it was they ordered. has anyone had this problem? how is this rectified?

Check the settings in the Configuration ... Email ...

1 are they turned on ...

2 are they your email address ...

3 are the Orders showing up in the Admin with the details ...
