The post "looks" the same, but most likely it was a link and the link included the zenID.
The zenID is a key to the data being stored on your server about your visit to the site and could be used by a hacker to break into your "session" and hijack what you were doing.
It's generated when you first arrive at your site and normally regenerated when you go into SSL (secure) mode so that zenIDs for secure sessions are known only to your browser and your session.
The one you published was from an unsecured session and so unlikely to caused any problems. But there is no benefit to publishing them and in some circumstances considerable potential for problems by doing so. So we strongly recommend getting into the habit of never revealing them.
