Loading Images and They Are not Displaying

Hello All,

First off I am a newbie, using zen cart 1.3.8a, and have added easy populate add on to zen cart. The issue I am facing is when I am loading the image URL, from doba , once the CSV file is loaded I go to my site and some of the images are not showing. I have checked the image URL by right clicking when I am on my site, and have noticed that the image URL is not displaying correctly. Instead of showing JPG at the end of the URL it is showing JP. I have checked the actual item itself inside the admin screens and the image URL is displaying with JPG. I know the URL is being loaded correctly as I have verified it on the easy populate CSV. FYI The images are not loaded I am just using the image URL to load the pic to my site. Can someone please help as I am extremely frustrated and cannot seem to figure out how to fix this issue.

If you are new ... are you using an old version of Zen Cart for any particular reason rather than the current version 1.3.9 from our home page?

What does the .htaccess on the server in the:
/images

directory read?
