How to change QTY units in stock display?

You could disable the display of the stock store wide in the admin for that product type.

Then you can add a text that will display the message you want in the place you want on the website.

I did disabled the quantity in stock via admin/category/product type/.

But how to replace it by adding a text message (Stock available) and display on the product page?
