Change Order Status

the section "Default Order Status For Zero Balance Orders" under GV coupons lets us put a default status but I want to add another step other then pending, update, processing and shipping...id like to add canceled but i dont remember where i could add that.

You can do this by clicking on 'Localization' in admin and then on 'Orders Status'. Click the insert button and add whatever new status you like to show
