New Cart install has double forward slashes (//)

I installed a new Zen Cart via Installatron, and it gave me a double slash (//) on many of the links by default.

examples.
http://www.mystore.com//
http://www.mystore.com//index.php,etc,etc

I went into the configurations.php to edit two lines that had // back to /. However some of the links still point to //

Using CEON SEO and new URLS seem to be using one slash. How can I get rid of the current URLS that seem to be stuck on double forward slashes (//).

Any way to correct this? thanks!

Ok. Fixed. Incase others run into same problem. Just edit the includes/configuration.php to remove the double // from any entries. THEN make sure the right premissions settings are correct when uploading and overwriting the file. Thats were I made a boo-boo before, now it uploaded the new file correctly and everything seems to have been fixed :)
