Could you please kindly give me the steps that would be required to include customer's address that just created an account in the office use only section of the email sent?

Currently it's like this:

Office Use Only:
From: tester tester
Email: [email protected]

Login Name: tester tester
Login Email: [email protected]

IP Address: 26.234.56.3 - 26.234.56.3
Host Address: wsip-26-234-56-3.lv.lv.cox.net
Date and Time: Mon Aug 23 2010 14:50:11 EDT

I would like it to be like this:

Login Address: 1234 Nowhere Street, City, State, Zip
