Can I customers straight to the download page right after payment?

Hi everyone!

Yesterday bought one of my products from my store to check if everything was working smoothly. But right after when you pay with paypal, it redirects you to a "confirm shipping" page or something like that...

I'm wondering if it's possible to send customers to the download page right after payment. I'm currently using paypal checkout express.

Any help would be really appreciated!

You're misunderstanding how checkout works when using Express Checkout:

a) add to cart
b) click "Checkout with PayPal"
c) takes you to PayPal page where you login and select your funding SOURCE (you are NOT making payment at this time)
d) returned back to the store to choose shipping preferences. If ALL the products in your cart don't require shipping, this page is skipped. It's also skipped if your admin setting says to auto-select cheapest shipping for the customer.
e) then taken to checkout_payment page where they're allowed to enter any coupons/discounts/gift-certificates
f) then confirm final payment amount ON THE STORE. This is where your final payment is actually made.
g) Then you'll see the Checkout-Success page, where you'll have download links immediately available.
