Maybe I wasnt clear, its not that i want to force people, I am saying that initially no radio buttons are selected. so if the user doesnt see a radio button to select and they fill all their details out then click continue, surely it wouldnt work..

ignore me - just realised the credit card radio button selects as soon as you start filling in the card details..
