Click "Reply" below and answer all the questions in the Posting Tips section.
And also answer the following:
- which Authorize.net payment module are you using?
- when did this problem first start happening?

# What version of Zen Cart?
v.1.3.9g
# Is it a new install or an upgrade?
no
# What the addons/contributions you have installed?
googlebase, facebook like, manufacturer list sidebox, shortdescription, column to grid formatting, easy populate, FCKeditor, but even it i have installed it was working fine for months, then our webmaster installed SSL monday, in which it did not work, so we said to backtrack. when it backtracked this problem started.
# What customizations have you made?
template monster plus some html and asp coding independent from the site. but even if, it was working fine, see answer above.
# What type of server are you using?
widows NT 6
# Are you installing locally?
installation was done by webmaster.
* What operating system?
# What version of PHP is installed on the server?
5.2.6
# What version of MYSQL is installed on the server?
5.0.45
# What you were doing when your problem occurred?
installing ssl then when orders start to come in, we are only receiving the authorize, net receipts and not the product order. not even showing up in the zen carts order page.
# What are the steps to reproduce the problem?
just basic order.
# Have you attempted to fix the problem?
yes
* What steps have you taken?
backtrack everything, continued with the SSL installation, check up authorize.net configuration.
# Any other details that might be important, i.e. the port number
the authorize.net version is SIM
and for the second question please see answer above.
So, you're using Authnet SIM, but orders aren't being stored, and this all happened when your webmaster broke your site by installing SSL improperly.
It would seem that the right thing to do is fix whatever the hosting company did when breaking the domain when setting up SSL.
What exactly did "it did not work" look like? How did you know it did not work?Seems like they didn't "backtrack" completely. That wasn't really a yes/no question.
Authnet SIM redirects customers to the authnet site to enter their card details. To store the order, customers must be successfully returned to your site so that orders can be completed properly.
So, evidently that's not happening.
What's missing here is the details of exactly *is* happening.
When you place an order yourself, using your own credit card, what exactly happens after you click the "confirm" button on the checkout_confirmation screen of your website?
