I have a shopping cart that's up and running (almost) perfectly and has been for several months. I have one issue however that has me stymied. When a customer places a large order, (I'm not sure EXACTLY how large it has to be) with many items generally stretching across 2 pages in their packing slip, I'm never sent a confirmation email. This isn't the biggest deal as the transaction is still logged and it still gets filled, but I do like to see throughout the day how sales are progressing and I'm generally doing this from my cell phone as those emails arrive. Why would it be that only large orders are not getting an email sent out to me?
