Upgraded to 1.3.9g - Newsletter previews no longer work

I'm trying to send a newsletter out and it is not sending correctly. It shows fine in the editor, but when in Preview mode, or sending, it just shows the code. Any ideas?

Perfect! But this leads me to the second problem I am having...I cannot view/access files in the root of my domain any longer. I have a folder called 'newsletters' in the root that holds all the images/etc for the month's newsletter. I a getting a permission denied error even with chmod777.
