For some reason on one of my sites (all others work fine) the order updates are not going through. Customer is notified of order placement, contact us works, but not the order update emails (for example changing order status to "processing" with "Notify Customer" Email radio button checked.
Instead of a tick (customer notified), there is an open padlock.
Can anyone suggest what the possible reason might be for this? I've probably missed a setting somewhere but can't see it.
I can see that customer_notified is 0 (exception is order_status_id = 1, all notifications were successful) for all orders received following upgrade from 1.39f. I suppose I might try re-uploading changed files again, possibly I missed one.
Still unresolved. Can send customers emails from admin and through contact us page yet still no email can sent during order status updates (same email address), apart from the initial placement of order.
