You would need to go through the Zen Cart code to find all places where links to any of the pages in the "my account" group of pages are generated and change the SSL parameter in the zen_href_link function to NONSSL.

Quite a lot of work, an impediment to future upgrades and with the net result that your customers account information would no longer be transmitted securely.
