Store Pickup Add Another Store

I am using the store pickup shipping method, but it only allows one store to be the option of pickup. But i have two stores and there in two different cities so I wanted to add a second store to the store pickup method? But how do i do this? Ive been racking my brain for hours but just can't work it out!
