Changed Log files only

Hi, I'm upgrading from 1.3.9 e from f, it seems only a couple of weeks ago since I upgraded from d to e anyway my question is...Is there somewhere where I can download just the changed files? It takes me ages to crawl through the entire download to extract only the files which have changed?

Read the changelogs in the /docs folder

yes, I've done that and all I see is a LIST of the changed files. It doesnt direct me to an area where only these files can be downloaded...which was my original question!

No. There's no such changes-only download zip. We used to do that, but then had to spend all our time fixing problems created by people who wanted to take shortcuts and downloaded the wrong zips or installed them in the wrong order, etc.
